Our current Decaf offered is a Peru Norte coffee. 99.9% caffeine free. Trifecta has oscillated between Mountain water process and Swiss water for years. Currently the Swiss Water process yields the best coffee roast profile we have seen to date.
We look for green coffee that is subjected to the least stressful process that is required to remove the caffeine. We can see this almost immediately from the green through the roasting process how different decaf processes effect the coffee. Coming soon each lot of coffee we have processed via Swiss water will have full traceability information (see below).
