Cupping
Meet with Thomas founder and co-owner. He does all the roasting and selects all the coffees.
Since we have been in the cafe business for over 16 years we know what coffees work well in different types of food and beverage businesses. We can assist you on coffee selections, provide espresso training for your staff. We can also point you in the right direction when it comes to equipment.
Plan on setting aside about 1.5 hours for cupping at least 4-6 different coffees. To schedule a cupping or inquire about a wholesale account please call 505-800-7081 dial 3 for Thomas’ extension.
